Search the internet for two tutorials involving Photoshop CS 6. Complete the tutorials and include the result in Portfolio 7.

Biography Due November 7

Your assignment is to create a biography of a famous photographer. Your biography should be at least 3 typed pages (double spaced) with no more than 12 pt font. Make sure to include a title page with the title and your name (4 pages total). Also make sure to include any references as needed.

** You may include up to two photos in the body of your paper. The photos should be no larger than 2 inches on the largest side. To tell how big your pictures is, insert it into the paper, right click on the photo, look at shape height and width, size as needed. You may include additional pictures on your title slide of any size. Make sure your text wraps around your photos. Click on your picture, go to format at the top of the menu bar, go to wrap text, then click on type. Then you can move your picture anywhere you want and the text will wrap around the picture.

REMEMBER, 1 title page and 3 pages of text with no more than two pictures. DO NOT COPY AND PASTE content from the Internet. MAKE SURE THERE IS ENOUGH INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER BEFORE YOU BEGIN WRITING!

Potential items to include in your paper:

1.       Basic facts (birth, education, work, etc)

2.       Works of art (famous photographs); what are they known for creating, what makes their work special?

3.       Compare/contrast their work with other photographers

Use the link below to create 3D text. Follow the tutorial and put the result into portfolio 5. Use your name for the text.
