Download the photo and use photoshop to restore it to its original condition. Include this photo in your portfolio 5 presentation. In addition, find another photo from the internet that needs repair (hint: search for old photo damaged). Download it, repair it using the clone tool and include the before and after pictures in portfolio 5.

PHOTOSTORY 3 MOVIE

READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

First, go to the link below to download a song (two to three minutes) for your movie. (Copy and paste the link from youtube into the link below)

Divide the number of seconds in your song by 5. This will tell you how many pictures you need for your movie. (you may use any type of pictures; ones you've taken or from the internet)

CLICK - Begin a new story if you are just starting to create your movie. CLICK - Next.

IMPORT the pictures into PHOTOSTORY. HINT: drag your photos into the import window.

Keep clicking NEXT in order to go through all of the steps in the program.

REQUIREMENTS: You must alter the transition between each slide and you must check each slide to determine if the animation is correct.

Portfolio 3: Levitation

Your next assignment for Portfolio 3 is to make someone appear to levitate. You will need a photo of the person you would like to levitate standing or lying on a chair, bench, etc. Then you will need another picture of just the background. We will combine the two in photoshop.

Portfolio 3: Random Tutorial

Assignment for Thursday, March 2. Please google "Photoshop CS 6 Tutorials." Pick a tutorial to complete and add to portfolio 3. Your tutorial must result in an end product (not a tutorial on how to use photoshop). Add a link to the tutorial to portfolio 3 as well as before and after photos. If a tutorial has sample images, don't use them, pick your own. Pick something fairly easy (look through the steps before you start). Don't worry if you can't finish, just try your best.
