Use Adobe Photoshop to optimize this image.
Instructions: Click on the photo to enlarge it, right click and save the image to your desktop, then FILE - OPEN to open the image in Photoshop.
Then do one or both of the following:
1. Go to IMAGE - AUTO COLOR, TONE, CONTRAST
2. Also try IMAGE - ADJUSTMENTS (then vibrance, saturation, etc)
